Hiram Kimball	Hancock circuit court
				of the October 1846
Parley P Pratt
				Hiram Kimball the
Plaintiff in the above cause being
sworn says, That Parley P Pratt the
defendant is justly indebted to him
in the sum of Three hundred dollars
on the ballance of an open account
for goods wares and merchandize,
before this time sold to him said
Pratt by said Kimball and that said
Pratt has left this State with the
intention of leaving his goods and
effects removed beyond the limits
of the same, and that said debt is now
due and remains unpaid.
